http://cosmosandcashmere.blogspot.com/2015/04/new-pattern-tullamore-cardigan.html
Sunday, April 19, 2015. New Pattern: Tullamore Cardigan. I know that it's not a great. I knitted this cardigan in pieces and seamed them together. I admit that it's not my favorite way to design, but I wanted to branch out. The Tullamore Cardigan ( Ravelry link. Long tail cast on, cabling with or without a cable needle, increases and decreases, seaming, picking up stitches. Ladies’ S (M, L, XL, 2X, 3X). 40, 43, 46, 49, 52). To fit bust sizes 33-36 (36-39, 39-42, 42-45, 45-48, 48-51). A mostly self-taught...

Cosmos and Cashmere: November 2014
http://cosmosandcashmere.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Tuesday, November 25, 2014. Offered me a skein of one of their yarns to talk about on my blog, because they've redone their website and they wanted to promote it. So I've pretty much killed two birds with one stone, because here's my new sample for my scarf pattern Invictus. A Good Yarn has a new website! You can order their specially hand-dyed yarns. The yarn they sent me is an exclusive colorway to their store called Sweet Lips. It's dyed on a base of Lorna's Laces Pearl. Thursday, November 20, 2014.

Cosmos and Cashmere: New Pattern: Oileán Hat
http://cosmosandcashmere.blogspot.com/2015/08/new-pattern-oilean-hat.html
Sunday, August 2, 2015. New Pattern: Oileán Hat. I'm having A Thing with Fair Isle right now. Oileán (pronounced ill-lawn) is a modern, bold Fair Isle hat for the whole family. I knitted a baby-sized hat on a whim a few weeks ago, because we were going to visit some good friends who are expecting. Usually I make babies a Viking Hat. But I just wanted to mix it up a bit. I had just gotten a vintage Fair Isle book in the mail, I had a bag of worsted leftovers and a free evening, and ta-da! 145 (16, 17....

Cosmos and Cashmere: New Pattern: Olmsted Pullover
http://cosmosandcashmere.blogspot.com/2015/07/new-pattern-olmsted-pullover.html
Saturday, July 25, 2015. New Pattern: Olmsted Pullover. Just what you wanted right in the middle of summer! A new pullover pattern! Can we talk about the yarn? I think it's no secret that I love Knit Picks. And I think that Swish worsted. Might be my very favorite. Although I really love Stroll. but Swish! It's soooo soft, and it comes in a bajillion colors. Holds up well, too, which is not always the case with a superwash yarn. Look for a blog post on that topic soon. Want to knit your own?

Cosmos and Cashmere: March 2015
http://cosmosandcashmere.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Sunday, March 15, 2015. New Pattern: Lagniappe Gloves! When I started my new job at the beginning of February, I was absolutely convinced that my design work wouldn't change at all. "I'm only working 75% time," I thought, "so there will be tons of hours leftover every day for designing and knitting samples! Did I think I was a superhuman, to whom rules like "time" don't apply? I can't believe how unrealistic my design goals were. Nothing to do about it now, but sheesh. Totally off. A new glove pattern.

Friday, August 21, 2015. Review: Sockupied Fall 2015. Photo credit: Sockupied/Harper Point Photography. I thought, “Perfect timing. There’s probably a sock pattern in there I’ll want to make, so yes! Photo credit: Sockupied/Harper Point Photography. My favorite type of socks to knit are simpler socks. If you know my crazypants style of design work then you probably think this is lies. I’m just happier making plainer socks! I do really like the cover pattern- the colorwork Electrostatic Lines Socks. My on...
