I travel the world and am truly amazed with the sights, cultures, and people but in my eyes there is no place like home. This is always such a fun event. I love getting all dressed up and raising money for scholarships. The event is always beautifully decorated, the food created by the culinary department is top notch, lots of great items to bid on, and you get to socialize, and check out every one's fancy outfits. And there is usually a bonus after party that is just as much fun as the event itself.

Monday, 2 March 2015. My friend Alyssa and I decided that it would be fun to make pot-stickers with various fillings for dinner. I had never made pot-stickers before but recently made Crab Rangoon with success. I found that making the pot-stickers was even easier and well worth the time. We chose three combinations. 1 Sweet chili sauce with ground chicken, red bell pepper, cabbage, ginger and garlic. 2 Ground pork with green onions, cabbage, ginger, and garlic. What you will need. 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce.

I always take fresh flowers, a few candles, and a pretty blanket or pillow to spruce up the cabins a little. I love the simplicity of these cabins but a little color and the inviting glow of candles always makes it that much better. The park never ceases to disappoint with gorgeous views. We always paddle boat because really why not?
