Thoughts from the side of the hill: November 2010
http://thoughtsfromthesideofthehill.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Thoughts from the side of the hill. Saturday, November 20, 2010. What I did (and didn't) today. So many times I find myself at the end of the day thinking 'Didn't get that done today.' and 'Should have done that today'. What good does it do? Is it going to magically make things finish themselves? I don't think so. Maybe I should count all the things I did today, instead of the things I didn't. So what if I didn't get all the dishes washed - I got most of them done, and I helped Dad with the bees instead.

If Valentine's Day is about love, then I will share with you 36 things that I love (in no particular order). My family including all of my cute nieces and nephews. The East Mi...

Monday, July 19, 2010. Adieu To The Cottage. She could not quit the mansion-house,. Or look an adieu to the cottage. Without a sadden heart. Scences had passed in Uppercross (North Potomac),. Which made it precious. It stood the record of many sensations of pain, once severe,. But now softened; and of some instances of relenting feeling,. Some breathings of friendship and reconciliation. Which could never be looked for again,. And which could never cease to be dear. She left it all behind her,.
