How do I care for my cake? Temperature is very important to cakes! Why do I have to order a cake a couple days in advance? We have a very tight baking schedule, with each day carefully-planned in advance. Each pastry is made to order so it's super-fresh for you! I need to cancel a cake order! To cancel an order, you must call one of our shops and speak with a shopgirl. We can generally cancel orders up to 2 days before your pick-up date. How long will my cake stay fresh? How do I care for my macarons?
