Getting here is easy. The new Island Highway heading north to Campbell River is a real treat. Pick up any last minute items here in Campbell River as shopping from here on in will be limited. Head west out of Campbell River to Gold River. The last 67 km between Gold River and Tahsis. When you get to Tahsis. You will drive by Westview Marina.

Anti-nausea pills are a good idea. Original Gravol or Gravol with Ginger seem to work best for most people. Even if you think you may be alright, the conditions on the water combined with a poor road trip diet and being overtired can really ruin your day. Bring a large cooler to transport your catch and needless to say, don’t forget your camera. We will package and freeze your catch at the house.

Packages can be individually tailored so that each guest can experience the adventure that they desire. Matute Island Charters and King Fisher Adventures are able to team up to provide 9 guests with full care, board and accommodation. Ideally, 4-6 guests on M.I. II (allow everyone maximum space and rod time and this is our most common voyage. We can accommodate more guests but 4-6 is perfect. A minimum 3 day package includes:. Single or Queen Beds. Hearty West–Coast Style Meals. All Bait and Tackle.
