Sunday, February 21, 2010. The past week has been CRAZY! There has been all sorts of drama, but mainly at work. Monday was a splendid day off work, thank you George Washington and Abraham Lincoln for having birthdays in February. We had the family over for dinner and just hung out for a while and celebrated Abby's 1 year anniversary of being home from the hospital. I love my nieces and nephews! I'm glad that was over. Sunday, April 1, 2012. What to do when Spring is Broken. This year I got two weeks for spring break. Chandler is on a modified year round schedule so we get two weeks for all of our breaks. It was a lot of fun, and I was busy those two weeks. I started off vacation with a trip to the dentist, yipee! The wedding cake turned out very cute, and I got to use my cricut cake to make shamrocks for the St. Patricks themed cake. St Patrick's Day was a fun adventure! Sunday, August 29, 2010. Summer ended all too soon. Luckily I was able to find a job for the school year, it came very last minute, but it is so worth the wait! I can leave my house an hour later, which means I can sleep an hour more and it also makes for a happier Wendi! I did take a pay cut only working part time, but its still enough to get by with and I'm living at home so I don't have too many expenses. Life is good! Links to this post. Monday, August 2, 2010. Sunday, July 3, 2011. Marilee's husband Mikell is from the thriving Metropolis of Winslow. It is a very windy place. This particular weekend we were there the wind was blowing extra hard and it blew so hard that the power went out for a couple of hours. It is really hard to set up for a reception with no light. I kind of hope they continue on with the theme with being more charitable because I feel its a thing members of the church need hear. Sunday, July 3, 2011. For spring break this year I went with my cousin Emilie, her two daughters and friend Kelle to Oceanside California. We had a blast. I also got a little taste of motherhood, because Annie, the youngest was about 6 months old and so I would sometimes wake up when she would in the middle of the night.
