http://farrahprincessofpower.blogspot.com/2015_11_01_archive.html
Tales from the Crib. Sunday, November 29, 2015. Zoolights and Thanksgiving 2015. We went to Zoolights last night. What is Zoolights you ask? It's exactly what it sounds like. A bunch of lights at the zoo. There were over a million lights hung and the light designs were very intricate. I can't believe how much work it must have taken to get all those lights up! It's starting to look alot like Christmas! Our friends Ryan, Jo and baby Graham joined us. This picture looks like we are at a rave. Haha! Farrah'...

Tales from the Crib: March 2016
http://farrahprincessofpower.blogspot.com/2016_03_01_archive.html
Tales from the Crib. Wednesday, March 30, 2016. Look at this handsome hippy. I'm imagining how this haircut/stash combo came to be. My dad walks into a barber shop and says: I'm going for the dark haired hulk hogan look. Barber: Say no more. He went to a famous steak house called Cattleman's for his bday this year. It's about 30 minutes outside of El Paso, we always go there for special occasions, it's delicious! He knew he was being devious. Sorry, I got side tracked.back to OPA. We don't do the Easter ...

Tales from the Crib: Snowpocalypse 2017
http://farrahprincessofpower.blogspot.com/2017/01/snowpocalypse-2016.html
Tales from the Crib. Thursday, January 12, 2017. We got over a foot of snow! That's unheard of in Portland. Of course, the city shut down, but they actually cleared the roads pretty quickly (Seattle sent down trucks and salt for us to use after the fiasco last month when it snowed an inch and everyone forgot how to drive). Apparently, Farrah doesn't feel the cold. When I was getting ready to go outside, I put my sweater on and Farrah gasped and exclaimed "you look perfect! Rafa and Farrah had a blast!

http://farrahprincessofpower.blogspot.com/2016_10_01_archive.html
Tales from the Crib. Thursday, October 27, 2016. Rainy days call for lots of indoor activities. Everything is a balance beam:). Doing puzzles in their underwear. Ha! Zev got the Gruffalo book for his birthday and we've been reading it non stop. Farrah is growling like a gruffalo here. Ha! He's the spitting image of Farrah when she was younger. Then a hot bath to warm up. At school, Farrah is learning how to sew with a needle! How cool is that? Zev is a blue jay. Friday, October 21, 2016. A singing card&#...

Tales from the Crib: November 2016
http://farrahprincessofpower.blogspot.com/2016_11_01_archive.html
Tales from the Crib. Sunday, November 27, 2016. Of course, as soon as we say 'the kids are sleeping in separate beds! They are too crazy in the night and keep waking each other up! They beg to sleep together and end up snuggling like this! How cute is that? My adorable son prefers dresses to pants, but always needs a firetruck hat or car as an accessory. I said call me Anna! The kids are growing up so fast! Farrah loves saying 'sorry' when she makes a mistake or even saying sorry for Zev (like 'i'm sorry...

Tales from the Crib. Sunday, January 24, 2016. Feelin the Bern 2016! Farrah loved holding her own umbrella, it was adorable! There were booths set up for kids with coloring, face painting, hoola hooping, and crafts. Farrah made a little fire out of felt because she's feelin the Bern! This picture is hilarious! Future Madame President perhaps? Monday, January 18, 2016. Rex is 15 months old! His mullet is in full swing! Friday, January 8, 2016. Tales from the Crib: July 2016
http://farrahprincessofpower.blogspot.com/2016_07_01_archive.html
Tales from the Crib. Monday, July 18, 2016. I've said it before, and I'll say it again 'Three is my favorite age! This girl is hilarious. SHe is always singing and dancing, reading to little guy, she puts herself into her carseat and straps herself in, she is fully potty trained, feeds herself, dresses herself, loves being a big girl, is so helpful, and she's just the best. She's already starting to earn her keep:). She always says 'yes sir! I'll have to start working on that costume now. Mom, quit takin...

Tales from the Crib: June 2016
http://farrahprincessofpower.blogspot.com/2016_06_01_archive.html
Tales from the Crib. Wednesday, June 29, 2016. Reunited and it feels so good! We finally started going back to the Somalian refugee complex to play. The kids LOVE it there. Farrah is teaching Z all about letters. She has been playing a word app and is getting really good at letter recognition (or maybe it's just memorization:). Farrah isn't happy we have wait for Rex to get comfortable before we can run into the splash pad. He needs to check everything out first. He slowly inched toward the water. The da...

Tales from the Crib: New Year's 2017
http://farrahprincessofpower.blogspot.com/2017/01/new-years-2017.html
Tales from the Crib. Monday, January 2, 2017. We went to a two parties on New Year's Eve, but didn't stay long at either. One party was so awkward, at one point, Joe and I were eavesdropping on a group of people talking, but we had no interest in joining in the conversation, so we just responded to each other with what we would have said had we joined in. It was actually pretty amusing. We tried to snap a couple family pics, but they didn't turn out very well:). Then we went on a walk in the freezing cold.

Tales from the Crib: August 2016
http://farrahprincessofpower.blogspot.com/2016_08_01_archive.html
Tales from the Crib. Monday, August 29, 2016. The kids got bored pretty quickly, but luckily, we ran into her best friend from school, Ben. The game was definitely pretty slow, but we won a prize because our seat numbers got chosen at random. We won a full year of AAA car service for free! The next day, we were off to Hood River (our home away from home). Farrah ran through town nakie because she had to be like papa. Farrah is singing 'I'm a silly goose, I'm a silly goose'. Apparently my daughter prefers...
