Mike played trumpet and piano as a child, and went to Leeds college of music to study piano. Like many bassists he took up the bass in his first band because someone had to do it and no-one else wanted to. Fortunately he loved it, and pretty soon it had taken over as his main occupation. I've tried a lot of different basses, amps, cabs, fx etc over the years. These are some of my favourites. The B15 has been used on countless recordings over the past 50 years and still sounds fantastic. This is a late 60s model. The earlier models have a slightly smaller cab size, in my opinion the larger cab size produces a fuller sound at higher gain settings. I've set up a VMWare ESXi on a generic whitebox system. I've created a VM to act as my main server. I'm running Scientific Linux 6 as the OS on the VM. I'm using RapidWeaver on my Mac Mini to maintain my website. The software makes it easy to apply different themes using the same content. Welcome to my home page.
