紀錄工作問題，分享吃喝玩樂，提出看法想法，創作聽說記聞，縱情拜客生活。針對這個標題，我要幫微軟(MS)想一個方法，幫它賣手機的方法。 MS一直想在手機(Windows Phone- WP)佔有一席，照目前來看它也是第三勢力，但是市佔率仍遠低於Apple跟Android陣營。與其跟兩大陣營廝殺，還不如想辦法利用現有優勢，創建一個別人無法切入的市場。全球的桌機系統，MS佔據95%江山，這是其他桌機系統無法染指的。MS目前的想法，就是將桌機系統延伸到手機，因此出了WP這樣的東西。但現實的狀況是消費者不買單，因為WP進入太晚，APP數不足，操作介面不習慣等等，一堆理由。我的想法是這樣的，將WP稍加修改，變成一台“PC手機(PC Mobile- PCM)”。 PCM能相容於現有Windows環境，並且可以執行Windows現有軟體。這支PCM放在公司，接上螢幕、鍵盤跟網路，就如同一台小PC或是一台終端機，可以處理公司日常作業，例如MAIL、Office、上網等等。其實PCM的概念，我在之前” 手機、平板、電腦，IT人員未來. 如何操作VM vSphere Replication (VR).
