Wednesday, October 22, 2008. My friends, Jennifer, Lauren, and I surprised Erica by flying down to Mesa to visit her. We were all close friends when we all lived in Omaha. It was so fun to be there for the luncheon that that her sister gave Erica before she had her baby. It was a great excuse to reunite as friends and have a quick girls' weekend. Sunday, November 21, 2010. Thank you, Katie! My sister-in-law Katie was so kind this year to take our family pictures. We went out to Keeneland to take them. It was fun! Here are just a few. She did an amazing job, especially for having such a sunny day and lots of wind. Thanks, Katie! We love the photos! Power to the sisterhood! Amanda was having a rough day and both sisters jumped in to help:) Grace with the food and Abbie with the toy to make her laugh. Isn't that what sisterhood is all about:).

Sunday, November 7, 2010. Two Fun Things This Week. There is so much joy to be found in service! Our stake, combined with another stake put on "A Night On Broadway" A Tapestry of Musical Theater for our community. I was able to perform in a group that sang a medley of songs from the Music Man and also sang a solo, "Good Night My Someone". I had forgotten how fun performing on stage can be. It was extremely nostalgic for me! Liz, Nate, Sydney, Holly. Xoxo give the kids big hugs for us. G is for Gathright.

Sunday, October 31, 2010. Yes, this was some week. We enjoyed everything from strep throat to Trick-or-treating! I'll let the pictures tell the story. Grace sick on the couch with strep throat on Monday. Ashton came down with it on Wed. Started our pumpkin carving on Thursday:) Uncle Thomas joined us for the fun! Tuesday, March 5, 2013. I'm very excited to go teach in Denver this weekend. It is so fun to travel with the horses to show off and have it NOT be a competition. I found this little jumper necklace at the local tack store today when I went to return some defective gloves. Hard to tell in the photo, but it is a perfect horse and rider with incredible detail in the saddle and bridle! I will look the part when I go teach this weekend! Saturday, March 2, 2013. Saturday, June 30, 2012. The Long Walk Home. My view for the whole ride - good looking pony! We went North to Soapstone Prairie for a trailride this morning. Owen ran his 15 miles in blistering heat, and we three girls moseyed along the 10 mile trail on horseback. Cecil did great, almost made the whole ride through cattle without bolting.
