Wednesday, August 11, 2010. First day of School. Jayden and Brigden started school today. Jayden is 7 and started 2nd grade and Brigden is 5 and started all day Kindergarden. Two down and two to go! They are both so excited to start. They were both up at 5:45 am this morning and school doesn't start until 7:40 am Brigden has been watching Jayden play soccer every morning for the past two years; so this morning he finally got to join in the fun! Wednesday, May 30, 2012. Sammy's end of 4th Grade. Sammy is a "Gilbert Golden Scholar" which means she received all A's for the year {I think thats what it means at least}! The school put on a cute little awards ceremony and she received an award and pin from her teacher, Miss Moe. Sammy and two of her best friends, Kate and Tavin {they were also "Golden Scholars"}. Wednesday, May 30, 2012. Ben wraps up 2nd grade! On the last week of school Ben finally got his Bobcat award at Pack meeting! He earned it a while ago, but with the Pinewood Derby and Blue and Gold Banquet he hadn't received it yet! He really wanted Benson to paint his face! Lucy went up for moral support! Ben's class had a "Japanese Tea Party" on the last day of school because they had just wrapped up learning about Asia! It was really cute! When Ben got his award his class was chanting "Benny Boy!

Friday, September 30, 2011. Every morning when I remind Sammy to practice piano.Lucy runs over and yells "PPPNANOOOO" and hops up on the bench and plays along very seriously! It is just so adorable. Out of 400 boys he and 10 others were chosen to represent their little league and go against other little league in the east valley. What a privilege and honor it was for him!
