Tuesday, June 21, 2011. A big part of this blog is so that we can keep our loved ones and family up to date with Connor's health and progress. So before I go on with anything, I'll give you a brief run down. Connor loves flying. this next trip over will be his 14th flight! Saturday, June 18, 2011. So I have entered the world of blogging. Friday, July 6, 2012. Meet our newest family member. Well, it has been a crazy, exciting, scary, frustrating, emotional, painful, wonderful, exhausting, tiring, long 6 and half weeks, and we are slowly settling into family life with a new baby. OUCHY). The second Doctor allowed me to lay down off the painful leg and within 5 minutes he had it in! Sunday, September 4, 2011. Saturday, 3rd Sept, was the John Calvin School fair. What a magic day. The sun was out, the wind stayed away, and everyone helped raise about $19,000 for the school! Great effort and truly another blessing. :-) Part of the tradition of our school fairs is the 'Peddlers Parade'. It was open to all ages this time, so Connor took part. Monday, July 18, 2011. On the weekend I took Connor for his first 'bike ride' at the park. We loaded his Thomas tricycle in the back of the car along with his helmet and went to gravelly beach park. It wasn't till the moment I saw him peddle his little legs on his own, down the winding footpath, that it hit me. he is not a little baby boy anymore. he's my big boy. In a world of his own.
