Ross has never been a picky eater, but lately he has picked up some pickiness. (My mom is thinking to herself right now how I deserve this, since I was quite a picky eater as a child.) Last night, he refused to eat anything I suggested. Finally, he decided that we should have "Spiderman Food" for dinner? Okay," I asked Ross, "what does Spiderman eat? Crunchy food." Where does he come up with this stuff? So crunchy food it was. I could come up with crunchy fruits and vegetables, but a crunchy entree?

We finally got the perfect snow! It is wet, and perfect for snowball fights, snowmen, and some makeshift sledding. Even Michael couldn't deny that playing in the snow is fun! Maybe it's a little early, but I'm ready for fall! School supplies, soccer season, sentences with "s" words . I just love the fall. Ross's soccer team is ORANGE this season and I think we will be (drumroll please) the Thundercats - unless anyone else has a better suggestion. It was a beautiful day today, and we couldn't help but be outside! We headed up to Grandpa's mountain cabin and had a wonderful time! Lincoln will be a great scout - already building fires!
