Living Life and Loving It! Monday, August 24, 2009. Vacation 2009-Day 1 and 2. This past August, Mike and I went on our first vacation in five years without any kids. It was fun and we were able to do other types of sightseeing, hiking and "learning experiences". We left Saturday morning, August 15. When we woke up Saturday morning, glanced out the window and all we saw was fog. What in the heck? We could not even see across the street! Is this the way we start our vacation? WA along the Columbia River.

Living Life and Loving It! Sunday, November 23, 2008. RaeLynn's First Big Buck. Josh and RaeLynn took hunters safety last year. This is the first year that Rae went hunting and got a "Big Buck". She is very proud of it, if you cannot tell by the smile on her face! We are pretty proud of her, too. Grandma Janice says "We now have our own Caribeau Barbie"! Rae also got a tag to hunt for an elk. The last day of the season for elk hunting is Thanksgiving weekend and she plans on being in Spokane with us.

Another beautiful day, hardly any clouds in the sky, no rain, no wind and the temperature was in the mid-80's. We have been told that it was actually a "miracle" to get to see Mt.
