Mattatuck Musuem Jazz Series. It happens the first Thursday of each month and you can follow the schedule of shows and the reviews. Wednesday, November 17, 2010. Cookie was a hit! Richard "Cookie" Thomas thrilled the crowd with stories and songs both from the stage and as he roamed the audience. Patrons got to hear numbers from Ray Charles, Nat King Cole, Lou Rawls, and a long list of great vocalists. Nobody wanted Cookie to leave. We look forward to having him back at the Mattatuck Museum again.
