Mike Hinojosa creates his art on scratch board and many times enhances them with colored pencil. Also works in acrylic, pen and ink, and graphite pencil. I began creating my art around the age of 6, doodling and drawing comic characters from the Sunday Paper. When the American Royal in Kansas City, MO was in town I would go and draw pictures of all the animals. My studio is located at the Green Dog Gallery, 10922 E. Winner Rd., Independence, MO 64054. Please check back, I'll be adding more art work.

I started about age 6 doodling anddrawing comic characters from the Sunday papers and would go to the American Royal in Kansas City and draw the animals in pencil and progressed to acrylics and watercolor. I opened a studio in the Green Dog Gallery located at 10922 Winner Rd., Independence, Missouri in the Englewood Station Arts District. Now I work on scratch board, pen and ink, and pencil. Artist, working on scratch board as well as use of acrylics, pen and ink and graphite pencil.

Gloria Rodriquez is the mom who's children are Francisco and Jezenia. Jezenia is developmentally disabled and has epilepsy.
