Whatchamacallit?: Mmmmmmm, late night pie
http://thedoctorsroadtrip.blogspot.com/2005/12/mmmmmmm-late-night-pie.html
Uh, Happy New Year? 24 décembre, 2005. Mmmmmmm, late night pie. Well I went to Tomball last night to see my new friend Erika play and sing in one of her first ever performances. It was a lot of fun. And it was especially nice because though it is a long ways from the inner loop (and most of the rest of Houston too), I did not have to drive. Posted by The Doctor at samedi, décembre 24, 2005. On another note.awe.thanks for the nice compliments. Dimanche, décembre 25, 2005 12:09:00 AM. Wow Maybe with a year...

Cheers from the UK! Dad and Monica in London 2006. I have finally finished uploading all the pictures from my dad and sister Monica's trip to London last week. The weather cooperated for most of the week, with the highlight being the night at the theater to see "Dirty Dancing"! I uploaded the pictures to snapfish and Kodak gallery this time. Hope you enjoy! Thursday, July 06, 2006. As you can tell, I am very hungry. I had two friends in town from New Zealand - Troy and Deidre, and they came along with me to church. After church service, we always have a meal. My pastor (and friend) Corey, asked me to take pictures of folks after the service. My translation: "Have NZ friends take a picture of you eating dinner, and let Corey find it on his camera later on! Well, Corey did find the picture, and he sent it to me today. Tuesday, January 31, 2006. I’ve recently been using this goody while selecting cabinetry, flooring, windows, and other odds-and-ends for a house in Chattanooga that’s being fixed up to rent out. The tape measure is bright orange, which is probably the reason it was placed on the discount table at ACE Hardware. Sometimes I wear it on my belt, which makes me a real carpenter, or something, huh? I can measure anything! With shoes on, I’m a whopping 5’11 , I discovered the other day while measuring myself.

Monday, September 25, 2006. A passage that keeps catching me. You have heard that it was said, 'Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.' But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? Do not even pagans do that? It frustrates me, ...

Saturday, February 25, 2006. How would you like to live here? This is the Manor House of English L'Abri. In Greatham (pronounced Grettam). It is amazing! I attended L'Abri in England last summer for a short while, just to get a better understanding of how this all works. For anyone interested in taking some time out in an amazing study environment (location and people/tutors), I would recommend any of the L'Abri fellowships. This post, however, is just to revel in the beautiful area! I was in the next pl...

I wanna be a nomad. Friday, September 30, 2005. It's Been Almost 3 Years. Posted by Nomad at 8:31 AM. Wednesday, September 28, 2005. Floating, tossing, turning on this. Through the belly of. Life, love, and fear. Sometimes I see the sun. But sometimes my eyes hurt. And the skin of my soul burns. Back in the belly’s darkness. Afraid to give up its safety. Of not being able to see. So that I won’t have to. And won’t have to give away. That which I think is. Untuck my blanket of darkness, Father. When we wa...
