This post is to honor one of my favorite blogs The Daily WTF(Worse than failure). Me(Explaining NHibernate): When you have a new DB column you just 1) add the column, 2) edit the XML file and 3) change the entity. Developer X: Thats ridiculous. You should have your data access all in stored procedures. Developer X: Yeah, that sounds about right.

Dave Donaldson’s Blog. Joe Wirtley’s Blog. Mike Krisher’s Blog. Archive for October, 2008. On October 20, 2008. I was recently talking to another developer about code coverage and it made me re-think about code coverage. His argument was that if you had good tests that is all you need. Posted in .net. Follow up : Case of the Mondays.

Dave Donaldson’s Blog. Joe Wirtley’s Blog. Mike Krisher’s Blog. Archive for February, 2009. On February 26, 2009. I’ve always been a big fan of peer reviews. I enjoy both giving them and receiving them. However, I find there is generally a developer resistance to them. Which is unfortunate. I hate reposting what someone else has already written, but I think Jeff Atwood really hit this right on the nose: Who’s Your Coding Buddy? On February 23, 2009. Some expression that evaluates false.
