All these images are taken with the Sony Mavica FD91. My images superimposed on a 1st quarter image. Taken with the Mavica using a 2x teleconverter. The above images were all taken on the night of 22nd April 1999. A bit about me. Y interest in computing also goes back a number of years, and in 1979 I took the plunge and purchased a kit. (these were the days when you had to build one your self or needed large amounts of cash to buy one). It was a Nascom 2, it came with a massive 16k ram (WOW! That was before 'MS Windows' was thought of). He first home pages I produced were for my company and my Astronomical Society in Manchester. Site was the industries first in the world. Nickel is an ideal coating to apply to mild steel for corrosion prevention. A minimum of 50 microns (0.002") nickel deposit is recommended as a protective coating to steel rollers prior to ceramic coating. There are some items where 50 microns (0.002") would be impractical such as anilox rolls. These rolls have very small cells and any deposit over 7.5 microns (0.0003") could fill in these cells.
