Thursday, April 18, 2013. We celebrated Easter early this year because Jeremy was on shift on Easter- James and Ellie loved their new shoes and puzzles that make animal sounds! Then they got to open a BIG box from Grandma in Hawaii! It was so fun for them to dig into the Easter baskets, toys, clothes, and candy from Grandma! We are so incredibly proud of her. She was adopted into the Ringenberg family when she was 11. She has overcome so many challenges to be where she is at today. At 3 months Cora started to sleep through the night, found her thumb, found her voice, smiles nonstop, and is just generally a joy to be around! Birth to 3 months - Wow! She doesn't even look the same! Snow day for Viv and I. We build a Cora and a Vivian snowman and had hot chocolate! Love these leaders on my team. So blessed to be a part of their lives!

Monday, September 16, 2013. We had an awesome time in California visiting Shanna, David, Eva and Mia, and Sarah. They live in a sweet little mountain town called Weaverville. The kiddos loved playing with their cousins! Rope swings, cliff jumping, and finding tadpoles. Picking blackberries by the river until we saw a snake! This is long overdue.We went on a road trip this summer to Seattle to see Chris, Jennifer, and Baby Chesa in Seattle. We loved getting to visit and hold sweet baby Chesa!

Thursday, November 14, 2013. So I started doing preschool with the kids a few mornings a week. I first started thinking about doing it because Ellie was learning a lot of her colors but seemed like she needed some more direct instruction about it. James was showing some interest in it too so I thought what could it hurt? Sorting puff balls into color groups. Apple prints with the color red. Sensory tub with lots of red objects. Sorting poker chips, dice, and dominoes into color groups. Pink and Purple day.
