Saturday, December 31, 2005. Workouts this past week:. 6am- 60 minutes cardio at home- treadmill jump rope jumping jacks lunges with no rest. Still not sleeping. Going on about 2 weeks tossing and turning all night. Even with sleeping pills 2 nights. Anyway got up at 5:30am and hit the gym before clients. Did 15 minutes (1500 jump ropes) jump roping and 25 minutes of stepmill. Then at 3pm- 35 minutes treadmill. Total for the day= 75 minutes. Posted by kristi larsen fitness @ 2:50 PM. Sunday, October 29, 2006. Well kinda. sorta. again. Like my earlier fruit cleanse, but I am going to go fully VEGAN for a month. Also no processed chemicals like aspartame in food or drink. Which means no Diet Dr Pepper for me. I digress. but I am going to blog as much as possible, which I am not too sure how I will get here, but I will do my best.
