Tracy's Thankful Moments: February 2015
https://tracysthankfulmoments.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, February 4, 2015. Say it isn't so . . . I am still in denial . . . last month we celebrated the 2nd, count them 1 - 2, birthday for my sweet baby, Jacob! But somewhere between then and now this sweet, silly, big brown eyed little boy has weaseled his way into my affections and has melted my heart. He has become the blessing I was promised in so many ways. We are so glad that he is a part of our family. I honestly do sit and wonder thou; has it really been two years? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Easter weekend my kiddos received a wonderful surprise . . .as we were watching the afternoon session of General Conference there was a knock at the door . . .there stood 5 of their favorite friends (and family) in the whole world. Breanna, Emily, Kate, Lucy and Aunt LeeAnn were there full of smiles and ready to give hugs! It was a surprise hard to pull off because I was so excited they were coming. But not hard because I was more excited to have it be a surprise! She Loves to Run.

Tracy's Thankful Moments: Cherum Peak
https://tracysthankfulmoments.blogspot.com/2015/06/cherum-peak.html
Sunday, June 7, 2015. Over Memorial Day Weekend we were blessed with a visit from my brother and his family. On Saturday we thought it would be fun to go exploring, (AKA hiking). Paul chose Cherum Peak as our destination. Cherum Peak is one of the tallest peaks around and is located about 20-30 minutes west of Kingman. After turning off the highway and driving on a dirt road, sometimes steep, for about 10 miles we arrived at the trail head and began our adventure. And the wild flowers were gorgeous!

Tracy's Thankful Moments: January 2015
https://tracysthankfulmoments.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 8, 2015. Many where we live would like to tell you that Mother Nature played a cruel trick on us for New Years or that Hell froze over for New Years, but I believe we were given a beautiful gift! We woke up New Year's Eve Day to a beautiful blanket of snow! The kids were asking to go outside and play even before they had eaten breakfast. When there is snow around there are a few things my kiddos are sure to do:. Make snow angles,. Crawl through, roll around and end up covered in snow,.

Tracy's Thankful Moments: June 2015
https://tracysthankfulmoments.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
Tuesday, June 16, 2015. It's Time to for a Few Thankful Moments . . . Not too long ago I was surprised as I was overcome with intense gratitude as I watched him play with cars on John's car mat. . When we got the car mat for John we had to work SO hard, hand over hand, teaching him how to roll the cars along the roads, that I was in shock one day when Jacob picked up a car without any assistance and was driving his little car all over the city & ON the roads, even stopping at the stop signs! You just go...

The Best of the Brown's: Winter in September!
http://grampsmission.blogspot.com/2013/11/winter-in-september.html
The Best of the Brown's. Tuesday, November 26, 2013. The weather on the mountain this year was so different from our previous summer. From the first of August we did not have a single week without a rain storm or some disturbance. But, we awoke one morning in September and were surprised with a world of white awaiting us. It just ended being Summer- now Winter? Even the deer were a little bewildered by the blanket of white covering everything. Well, this just gave us an early preview of what is to come.

http://grampsmission.blogspot.com/2013/11/talent-show.html
The Best of the Brown's. Sunday, November 24, 2013. One of the highlights of the camp season is the annual Camp Talent Show. It is the climax of all the activities held on the mountain. Each of the teams come up with a presentation, everything from the sublime to the ridiculous. Imagination and creativity are superb. The Lake team led off the evening with our version of synchronized swimming. Here are a few pics of our team. Aren't we cute. Steve looks ready to go, goggles and all. My Grandson, John.
