Can do, will do, Glendoo (to Knocknagun) – 31 Dec. December 28, 2016. Straddle two counties before you straddle the bar stool to ring in 2017. All you can eat peat on this one, so bring gaiters if you got ’em! This walk includes Knocknagun (555m), and Glendoo (586m) on the Wicklow-Dublin border. Mikes Hike: Pacific Crest Trail 2010. Tuesday, September 14, 2010. It was an epic journey with many ups and downs (besides the obvious mountain reference). The last week. Added the additional challenge of more rain and mice/rats at the highly used campsites in that section. Which led to many sleepless nights. The very last night my hiking partner woke up screaming due to a mouse on her, which in turn woke me up screaming. Hopefully no one was camping nearby, they would have thought the worst!
