Compositing matte painting concept. I am a dedicated, enthusiastic, professional artist with 10 years experience in the film/commercial industry, specializing in 2D/3D compositing, matte painting, and motion graphics design and animation. As a compositor/matte painter I've worked for large companies (Disney, Lucas) as well as boutique VFX houses (Whiskytree, Atomic Fiction), on projects ranging from realistic live-action feature films to highly stylized all-CG films and game cinematics.

In 2012 I got to work with a local bay area company, Atomic Fiction. On the film “Flight”. Directed by Robert Zemeckis. It was by far one of the most fun projects I’ve worked on in several years. My primary job on the film was look development using Vray for most of the rendered elements. Working with Colie Wert. Z, who modeled and texture painted the plane, I think we pulled off a pretty amazing aircraft. 8220;Flight” 2012. 8220;Flight” Cockpit model. 8220;Flight” Final. 8220;Flight” crash sequence.
