I know where: January 2013
http://knowhereboy.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 30 January 2013. Month one of nothing. As of late Joble have got really psyched by the Mike Adams and co. Eastern Magnesium Limestone trail and have been seeking out the ever more rare and esoteric. We trudged around crisp white fields and muddy paths in a retreat-from-Moscow style trying to find Earth Quarry. I think because I was tired and it was soaking I wasn't massively impressed but Jo and James were keen as beans. I'll hold my. And wait to see it in a better state. Went to Almscliffe &#...

I know where: October 2013

Monday, 21 October 2013. And then he poured another drink. I've since been back to try Obscene Toilet but didn't like the crux, the tor feeling fades. After that I went to Majorca with my girlfriend, fell off 7as into luke warm bath water then boiled any internal water out of my skin sleeping in the hotel room. Once they stopped us on our sly booze runs it was just a fancy prison with less desirable clientèle. I enjoyed the beach party though, sand and drink is like rhubarb and custard.

I know where: Redpointing at various bars and clubs
http://knowhereboy.blogspot.com/2014/05/redpointing-at-various-bars-and-clubs.html
Wednesday, 28 May 2014. Redpointing at various bars and clubs. It's over now, nothing serious, been over for a while but I still think of her. I walked past a few days later and saw her with another, a young girl from the south, while I looked at them doing the same dance we'd enjoyed not so long ago, I noticed her friend to the side. She looked a touch more difficult and with a blanker expression. I needed to know more, I need to figure her out. Malcolm, what are you doing thursday after work?

Dunc's Climbing Blog: June 2012
http://climbingblogblog.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
Blogging on Life and Climbing. Thursday, 14 June 2012. Your own desert island paradise. It's closer than you realise. And the name of your new favourite place? A group of 11 fun-loving trad crushers loosely based around having attended Bangor University (with a couple of exceptions) were assembled by Jimmy Marjot, and after various people saying yes then no, and some organisational fuck-ups, we all finally merged in Oban, Scotland on May the 26th. As we turned towards our landing spot, I could hardly bel...

Blogging on Life and Climbing. Monday, 16 May 2011. Failure. and Inspiration. 8220;Remember, there are no mistakes, only lessons. Love yourself, trust your choices, and everything is possible.” - Cherie-Carter Scotts. Ok so here is a bit of an abstract blog that can be applied to all aspects of life I guess, but for me is mainly climbing focussed. Http:/ www.ukclimbing.com/logbook/showlog.html? I have decided that every time I go sport climbing I will try something of F7a or above, as this will be the wa...

Dunc's Climbing Blog: September 2011
http://climbingblogblog.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
Blogging on Life and Climbing. Thursday, 29 September 2011. Ups, Downs and Silver-Linings. So I am now back in Bangor, in a new house, with 2 different housemates, and apparently 300 hours of work to do for just one module. I have been out climbing a bit though. Before Florence upped and left us for the bright lights of Chamonix, we avoided the hurricane-force winds and did a bit of evening slate climbing; I led Plastic Soldier, a brilliant, long 6a with plastic soldiers hidden a long the way. First off ...

Dunc's Climbing Blog: March 2012
http://climbingblogblog.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Blogging on Life and Climbing. Thursday, 15 March 2012. Airtime, the antithesis of climbing, yet without the fall, looming or experienced, it would be a boring 2-dimensional exercise whereby half the fun would be taken away. If you aren't risking falling off then you aren't trying hard enough, but imagine if there was never the risk of falling? Falling is a big part of climbing, and I like it that way. What the F* *! They obliged, and whilst I waited, I realised I had stopped swinging. Usually, whils...

Blogging on Life and Climbing. Wednesday, 22 February 2012. Gotta keep on, keeping on. If you feel like this too, then I recommend you watch this video:. Http:/ www.ted.com/talks/lang/en/srikumar rao plug into your hard wired happiness.html. Happiness is the key, or else what is the point? Anyway, back to climbing. As I said the weather has been real bad, but I have been trying to get out, honest! Chris on the send on the un-named V6. The second trip, we arrived to find the rock wet! Tryfan, and the Carn...
