This was to help us appeal to a wider audience because it would reduce the alienation that some people may feel from only male OR female presenters. Also, the overall tone of the show is to be friendly and inviting, again so that we can appeal to a wide demographic of people who will likely not be offended by the presentation style. When chosing a place to film in the Cathedral Ruins, we looked at the different lighting options. luckily it was a sunny day, andthis natural sun light aided us firstly because we didnt need to bring lighting equipment, and also because it gave a very free feel to Amer’s story, which is reflected in his escape from the troubles in Darfur.
