Monthly Archives: January 2016. January 20, 2016. Happy birthday to this silly dog! We got Murphy about 2.5 years ago. He entered our home when our home needed some extra laughter and hope. He fulfilled that. When he chose us – yes he chose us! John and I had gone to this lab rescue in hopes of finding a doggy to fill a portion of the hole in our hearts. We saw this HUGE black dog, I sat on the grass and he came over and literally sat in my lap! So we knew this was the dog for us. We adopted this dog!

A Heart of thankfulness Murphy! August 27, 2016. A heart of thankfulness today! Today is National Dog Day, we are so blessed for this pup Murphy. He came into our hearts when so many people in our family needed him. He is one silly dog, he makes us laugh in spite of him being annoying, he cuddles, he licks my tears, protects my babies, and is just plain silly. Today he brings me joy. The drive to Deanna’s was smooth and easy and I even got a parking spot. Experienced the Grater – so yummy! August 3, 2016.
