Monday, May 25, 2015. Another Sketch for the Nerds. Have another Sketch up on the Forum designed by yours truly. I'm really enjoying creating these sketches but I hope I never run out of ideas! Monday, January 6, 2014. Happy New Year everyone! This weeks challenge on the Use Your Stuff Blog. Is to use the theme 'New Beginnings'. Each year, I start a new scrapbook album. Usually the pages I do take up at least 2. I've been very good about buying the albums and page protectors right away but am always bad at getting a cover page together. Most of my albums are missing cover pages which makes it hard to tell which year the album is for. I used this challenge to get my cover page for 2014 done.

We kept hoping that it would stop but it never did. Unlike last years rainy Saturday, it wasn't. Torrential and it wasn't. As cold. AND. We were going to end up INSIDE at the Rogers centre where we new it was dry and warm! Arriving at Camp was very cool - as we entered they announced our names and team and we were ON THE JUMBOTRON!

We were without power for about 9 hours and approx 80-90% of Mississauga joined us in the dark! BUT have no fear, DH rigged out the generator and we had electricity and tv down by the pool; Buddah and Ella swam and played, my GF brought her girls by . we got the outdoor fireplace going and cooked weinies and marshmallows . we survived!
