Many of us ran 6.5 miles in the Seafair race (some even 13.1 miles) . pretty good achievement for the first month. Asha Miles For Smiles '08. Saturday, July 26, 2008. Last Saturday most of us ran on the Eastlake Sammamish trail. We decided that we will do alternate runs in Redmond. So people hesitating to go to Greenlake can join at least alternate group runs. Seattle people (Shiwani, Deb) will probably do all their Saturday runs at Greenlake. I got 4 replies saying either location is fine, 1 favoring Marymoor and 1 favoring Greenlake. No clear majority so I decided to go with Marymoor. Shiwani lives close to Greenlake. About Semiahmoo House Society. On Sunday, July 8. 2012 we will be hosting the second annual Miles for Smiles fundraiser. The event will be held at the South Surrey Athletic Park and will begin at ten in the morning with a five kilometre run/walk. After the run, a lunch will be offered by donation and there will also be raffles and live musical entertainment, featuring local musicians.
