Running Around The City I Call Home! Get To Know Me. Wednesday, April 16, 2014. Back On Day 2. Well, I survived day 1. Day 2 started at 3:05 this morning. I'm sure I'll be tired later, but it's only a half hour earlier than normal. 31 mile run in 29:14. Legs(circuits with shoulder work and cardio in the mix). Finished with 15 minutes of elliptical. Anyways, overall I'm happy, but this new body is taking some getting used to. Doing it for me. Eat For the Body You Want. Insomnia at its finest. Back On Day 2.

Running Around The City I Call Home! Get To Know Me. Friday, February 22, 2013. Looks like my day of food blogging everything was a 2/3 success and 1/3 fail. I don't know how good bloggers do it. Those posts take quite a bit if time to make. That night, I ended up having a larabar for my snack. After work, I walked into my house and it looked like this. It was chaos. All thanks to this beauty. Overall, that day wasn't terrible food wise. My macros were pretty spot on for my goals. Round 2 of the day.
