End of a good week. 1000m warm up, drills, kick, swim and pull. 3 times the folowing as main set:. 2 by 50m = 25 sprint, 25 easy on 1:15. 2 by 100 at GRP on 1:35. 300 at GRP on 5:00. 400 pull/paddles on 6:45.
