Students are free to explore as well as relax at weekends. Go walking in the area. Go cycling (bikes are available free of charge). Swim in the river. Listen to music in a local pub. Party with the neighbours. Or simply relax in a hammock. Go fishing or sailing.

Students will have the chance to learn new skills. All tuition will be conducted. Giving further language learning opportunities. Pick vegetables from the polytunnel. There is a workshop equipped for felt making, mosaic and painting, available for students. To use in their free time.

Weekly excursions are included in the course fees. Trips are made to the coast, mountains, forest and other places of interest including stone circles and the nearby towns of Kenmare and Killarney.
