I work on the computing helpdesk in the Learning Centre out-of-hours and one of the most common, but heartbreaking, pleas for help come from students who have put too much trust in their floppy discs (seriously, some of them leave the helpdesk crying). Well that's not quite how it goes, but the sentiment is real enough. Why oh why do students save all their work on floppy discs and take no backups? I think it's all a matter of trust...

To cover the entire of the city with Wi-Fi wireless network access. Or perhaps the Philadelphians believe that universal network access for all will help to facilitate this utopia.
