The Vaughns: October 2010
http://rogerstacey.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Roger Stacey Tinker Bandit. Sunday, October 17, 2010. Yellowstone. Labor Day weekend, 2010. Our trip down from Glacier National Park took us through Missoula, Butte, the Anaconda Trail, Philipsburg and onto Bozeman then over to the north gate of Yellowstone. A whirlwind trip. Not much time to see each place, but we did get to see them! This apocaliptic photo was taken at Mammoth Hot Springs inside the park. It was cold and dreary which made for a really interesting shot. Roger was freaking out thinking I...

The Vaughns: Our "orchard"
http://rogerstacey.blogspot.com/2012/06/our-little-one-tree-orchard-is-ready-to.html
Roger Stacey Tinker Bandit. Thursday, June 21, 2012. Our little (one tree) orchard is ready to harvest. This year, the cherry tree was loaded with so many cherries, we were afraid the birds would feast upon it before we could get the cherries picked, so we invested in some netting to protect the little red fruits before they ripened. It worked! We have been sneaking some here and there and finally decided to get busy and pick them. Look at that branch! It is begging to have it's burden relieved!

The Vaughns: July 2011
http://rogerstacey.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Roger Stacey Tinker Bandit. Friday, July 8, 2011. Time to be random. All these pictures were taken today. First, Boone-kitty decided it was safe enough for a venture out of the garage. (as long as I was there to oversee and protect him from who knows what). Here he is looking out at the flowerbed. I think he was making sure nothing would sneak up behind him! When all seemed safe, he decided to chill on the front porch. he was even relaxed enough to yawn. now that is what I call a yawn! What time is it?

The Vaughns: Kaylee
http://rogerstacey.blogspot.com/2012/05/kaylee.html
Roger Stacey Tinker Bandit. Saturday, May 26, 2012. Teenagers are interesting. I don't remember being moody, depressed, snotty, silly, giggly and loud all in the matter of one hour. I learned that they can be fun and talkative one minute and then pissed off and give the cold shoulder the next. I learned you have thousands of eggshells beneath your bare feet and have to walk very carfully around them. She really got her butt in gear and did it. she really did it! I guess she showed me! What time is it?

Roger Stacey Tinker Bandit. Friday, December 30, 2011. Christmas Tree 2011. Mom and I found the snowman topper and it got me thinking all things snowman.of course, I didn't hang carrots or coal on the tree, but I did make some mittens and top hats to add to the theme. they did turn out pretty good if I say so myself! Some top hats and candy canes. Don't forget the snow! Be sure to wear warm mittens, too! Add a little boy who steals your heart. (and the decorations off the tree) LOL. What time is it?

The Vaughns: March 2012
http://rogerstacey.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html
Roger Stacey Tinker Bandit. Saturday, March 31, 2012. Pretty mild winter. The daffodils are in bloom now and the tulips are peeking out from the ground. Our forcythia is also blooming and the peas have been planted now. Looks like spring is on the way! I haven't had the gumption to get out with my camera yet. I really should just do it. The people up the street from us have 2 new baby goats that are only two weeks old, and they are simply adorable! Can you believe that? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
