In Sebring, Florida, is the only museum in the U.S. to honor the Military Sea Services (The U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and the Coast Guard). Not long after the building originally opened, it was damaged by Hurricane Jeanne and required some $100,000 worth of repair. Their website was recently launched. Next post →. I live in a very small town, so there weren't many museums that came to mind. I decided to include the whole county, which consists of 3 small towns, and I discovered that there are quite a few museums here. Most of them about local history and the military. I want to start closer to home and work my way further away. 1 Avon Park Depot Museum.

Last weekend I decided to venture off on my own to a Pokémon Go safari hosted by Bok Tower Gardens in Lake Wales, FL.
