So, for the past few days I have been without technology, and whaddya know, I'm paying for it! Apparently in 2011 one can no longer go more than 8 hours without a cell phone, email, FB update, or blog post without catching hell. what a shame. I woke up bright and early at 5:00 and spent the morning calling back home to the hubby to check on him and the doggies. I was STARVING but through the magic of google I learned that not much opens before 9AM in the South on a Sunday. My six week hotel to hotel adventure - track how well I may (or may not) be doing! Saturday, April 30, 2011. Sayonara Japan, Hey ya'll Southern USA! Travel day - 30 April. To kick off the day, and recover from a hangover, my husband and I went to a local coffee shop for a delicious breakfast burrito. Its delicious and stuffed with scrambled eggs, salsa, sausage, sweet potato and a little cheese. Paleo? No, but it sure got rid of the hangover! The dish was cooked with onions, and water chestnuts - yum yum!
