Now, I'm not saying that athletes are all a bunch of selfish a-holes who don't care about anything or anyone other than themselves; but I do think that to be a sucessful athlete there has to be a certain level of self-focus. But honestly, how can you take good care of someone else if you don't first look after yourself?
