ChIP-Enrich: Gene set enrichment testing for ChIP-seq data
http://chip-enrich.med.umich.edu/chipMain.jsp
ChIP-Enrich: Gene set enrichment testing for ChIP-seq data. ChIP-Enrich tests ChIP-seq peak data for enrichment of biological pathways, Gene Ontology terms, and other types of gene sets. The pre-defined gene sets are the same as used in LRpath. And can be browsed here. Output includes summary plots, peak to gene assignments, and enrichment (and depletion) results including odds ratio, p-value, and FDR for each gene set. ENCODE enrichment testing results can be accessed here. Number of peaks a gene must ha...

Sidekick homepage
http://visual.cs.utsa.edu/projects/sidekick
Sidekick is a web-based biological decision-making framework that helps you explore relationships among genes. As its moniker reflects, Sidekick is designed to be an assistant that eases analysis burdens (both computational and book-keeping) and helps you organize both the results and your belief in the quality of the results. After experiments or an analysis have produced results, you can further explore and develop explanations for the meaning of these results. 2010 University of Texas at San Antonio.

DIP: Interacting Proteins DB. The DIP database catalogs experimentally determined interactions between proteins. It combines information from a variety of sources to create a single, consistent set of protein-protein interactions. Known and predicted protein interactions. STRING allows: database of known protein interactions. STRING is a database of known and predicted protein interactions. The interactions include direct (physical) and indirect (functional) associations. They are derived from Ge...MiMi ...
