Sunday, May 24, 2009. My Families Roll Recipe. Dissolve- 2 Heaping tsps yeast in 1/2 hot water. Sift together- 8 cups flour and 1/2 cup dry milk. Mix in bowl: 1/2 cup sugar. 2 cups warm water. Stir in yeast, then flour mix, knead well, let rise until light. Form into rolls and put on greased cookie sheet. Let rise until double (the bigger the fluffier). Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
