Random Thoughts of the Day. Collecting points/miles have been a highly addictive and somewhat costly hobby. Having enough points/miles makes you prone to daydreaming about a future trip to a destination unknown. Even an amazing view (such as the view of the Manhattan skyline over the Hudson River) gets old if you see it everyday.
