Unfortunatly I didn't have time to write down all the measurments for these scrumptious muffins that I created a few months ago. I used dark cocoa powder and, obviously, three types of chocolate chips: dark, milk and white. Surely if you have a good chocolate muffin recipe and add the chocolate chips you can re-create these wonderful bits of heaven. And trust me, chocolate lovers will go wild over these! I hope I manage to decorate a cake each week,thats my plan. This is just a sponge cake covered in Buttercream and I used the Wilton. Paste food coloring,pink,green and then to that green I put some black for the heart. I used an open star tip to make that border and also to make the heart and I used. The smallest writing tip I had to write M.Q. This is my first try out with Fondant. This is actually also my first home-made fondant and I used a bowl under it. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). My three year old nephew is home with us for a week without his parents and so for a little fun (for me) and a little comfort (for him) I decided on making him a train cake. The cake (homemade) was a chocolate and a white spongecake convered in chocolate ganache (I know I always use chocolate ganache,but seriously,it's the best tasting one). I just got a bite of this cake because unfortunatly (for me) this cake was sent off to my brother in France,but it was so good,dired fruits and cocoa.love it. Hope to post again soon,see y'all. Saturday afternoon will be beautiful,Star Wars on TV (and hardly anyone home) next to the fireplace with a cup of warm hot chocolate,BUT what to bake? I'm really thinking hard here and I can't make up my mind on what to bake. My very own Chocolate cake. And I hope I can keep doing better. Have a great Sunday!
