It’s all about us. Archive for May, 2009. Tuesday, May 5th, 2009. At approximately 4:25 pm, May 6th, Sherry’s mother lost her long battle with Cancer. She will be missed by all her knew her. I will be forever grateful for the time I had with her. I was fortunate to spend some time with her during her last few days. This poem reflects some of the events from those days with her friends and family. I lay here in the twilight. Feeling the darkness approach. I watch him working in the garden. I smile with him.
