It is called the Dual Droid TV Stick. It has much better specifications. Full 1.6GHZ dual core rk3066. 2GB of ram(2 times the original). It makes sense to have extra ram for future versions of android.

The UG802 is a new dual core android tv hdmi dongle. It contains the Rockchip rk3066 dual core arm cortex a9 SOC. 12ghz(limited by kernel, but soc is capable of 1.6ghz). Hdmi 1.4 male connecter.
