Mindfulness instruction for Bay Area schools. Programs for Kindergarten to 5th grade. We offer in-school programs in the Bay Area that bring the benefits of mindfulness to teachers and students. Each classroom receives visits from an experienced mindfulness teacher twice a week for a total of 16 lessons. The Mindful Classroom curriculum is designed to nurture attention. The goal is to leave the teacher and students with an array of activities that they can continue on their own.
