Individuelle samtaleforløb med udgangspunkt i netop de forandringer og mål, du ønsker at arbejde med. Forløbets varighed kan variere fra få samtaler til længere forløb. Dette aftales undervejs. Samtalerne afholdes i fuld fortrolighed og er naturligvis belagt med 100 % tavshedspligt. Jeg lægger stor vægt på tryghed i samtalerne. Jeg har i 13 år været ansat i amt, kommune og region som kognitiv terapeut og behandler. I 2012 valgte jeg at blive selvstændig og har min egen praksis i Aalborg-bydelen, Vejgaard. Jeg tilbyder et kursus på i alt 8 gruppemøder á ca. 2 times varighed. Herudover vil der være en opfølgningsdag. På kurset vil du bl.a. blive introduceret til:. At lytte til kroppen. Each measure makes a few skinny largish pancakes.take one egg and whisk it smooth into which you add one broken up banana and whisk (or NutriBullet) until it resembles pancake mixture.
