In silent shades of indigo. And subtle strokes of raw sienna. Even the sun bleeds. And stains the horizon. Sunday, October 28, 2012. He lowered his gaze. Of her whimsical want. He brushed the loose curl. From the carefully carved curvature. Of her porcelain spine. To the tune of his name. Her eyes like beacons. To R...

Mindful Madness: October 2012

Sunday, October 28, 2012. He lowered his gaze. Of her whimsical want. He brushed the loose curl. From the carefully carved curvature. Of her porcelain spine. To the tune of his name. Her eyes like beacons. Bore him a ravenous rush. Oo weak to hush the whispers. He splashed truth onto his mind. A safe place to escape. A home to unwind. Begging time to coalesce. His limbs did digress. He found himself bound. To the sirenous sound. He fell prey to her test. How quickly the transfusion begins. We lose our si...

Mindful Madness: January 2012

http://www.mindfulmadness.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html

Saturday, January 28, 2012. To far off places. Into the rabbit hole. Where you stole a taste. Of someone else's reality. Simple love cannot compete. With the bittersweet scars. We carve with words. When all we long for. Is to be heard. With the kind of lust. I start to wonder. If you’re ever coming out. Saturday, January 14, 2012. To places prayers dare not fold. Where temptation’s sold. We row our reasons. We know our kind. Of fears that bleed. I’m the only one I’ll ever deceive. Lose yourself in blame.

Mindful Madness: June 2012

http://www.mindfulmadness.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html

Sunday, June 3, 2012. I woke with a sense of urgency. Knowing the beauty of a brand new day. Knowing not to allow a single moment to slip away. Knowing how much my entire being longed to play. And so i did. I held my boy in my arms for a long time. He kissed my nose. In that mischievous way only a six year old knows. I popped sections of a tiny tangerine into his mouth. As if to say. Is how we’re meant to love. I played scrabble with my older boy. I chased my youngest boy around the dining room table.

Where Art is Appreciated! Of Poems Speaking to Me The Man With No Name By Murugi Kagotho. This poems says it all for me. I met a man with no name. As I was walking down my Nothing Street. You know- the one where nothing exists? He flagged me down with his hand. And looked as if he wanted to chat. But I, feeling confused and conflicted. Knew for a fact that. I wasn’t at all whatsoever interested. So I gave him a weak smile. Polite courtesies, they call it. That lasted for little less than a while. To try ...

Mind Fully Yours

My Interest in alterative healing began around 1995 with a visit to an energy healer who developed his own method with help from his mother who was a Medicine Woman. How could this work? I asked. I was very skeptical; however, I went to find out for myself, and was amazed how my body responded! After many visits I was markedly improved! To learn more about Reiki, and Hypnotherapy.
