The Mindful Way through GITOKU. マインドフルとはかけ離れた私ですが,私なりにマインドフルな人生を歩みたいと願い日々生活しています。そんな私の活動や考えていることを整理するためにブログを始めたいと思います。 8月5日~16日にかけて,日本ヴィパッサナー協会の10日間リトリートに参加してきました。 期間中はメモが禁止だったため,帰りの飛行機で思い出しながら書き起こしたメモを下に文章化しています。詳細は事実とずれている部分もあるかも知れませんが,ご了承下さい。 12288;車や,遅れてタクシーで到着された方も含めると,参加者は60名ほど。思ったよりも多く,外国人も数名散見されます。3方を山に囲まれ,野球場ほどの広さのこの敷地だけが平らです。よくもこんな俗世との隔絶にうってつけの土地を探してきたな,という感じです。 到着してすぐ,受付を行い,財布と携帯やタブレットを預けます。受付では,ここでのルールを遵守すること,ここで学ぶこと以外の習慣やトレーニング等は一切行わないこと(運動なども含めてA...一通り人が揃うと,ひげ面で日焼けしたお兄さんから説明を受けました...
