How can you stop thinking? There are times when we need to rest ourselves. We are bombarded by our own cognitions every moment of the day. Our minds still function as we dream. There needs to be a space where we can just stop. Realise that what we have done is in the past and the future has not happened yet. All we have is this moment. Now it’s this moment. Now it’s now.
