I just finished a great book for all you "foodies" out there: "Tender at the Bone" by Ruth Reichl. And I just made a "Beat the Blues" concoction to ease my troubled mind: (Sorry, it will be hard to repeat if you have no Trader Joe's nearby). 1 scoop Trader Joe's all natural Mint Mocha. 1/4 cup hot water. 1 cup organic milk. 1 small scoop peppermint ice cream. Dissolve the mint mocha in the hot water.
