Because someone's got to say something.updated daily. Monday, August 30, 2004. Republicans Get Their Chance. Well, day one just wrapped up and it's always interesting to ask. if politicians speak and it's not on television do their words reverberate with the general public? John McCain and Rudy Guliani hit the podium tonight, both speaking highly of W and the war in Iraq. There was plenty of reminders of 9/11 and a number of family members of the victims spoke. I'm still not a big fan of this attempt...

Because someone's got to say something.updated daily. Friday, April 30, 2004. The Mentor. Task One. Here are two of the three contestants answers to the first task (Brian is AWOL due to illness, though I suspect he's simply waiting to see what everyone else turns in and then he'll be cheating). Both are good. Let's hear your comments and feedback on them and see which you like best. Because someone's got to say something.updated daily. Thursday, September 30, 2004. It was interesting. Kerry did better than I thought he would. Bored me a bit with his insistence of talking about building alliances. It may be true, but it doesn't really strike home as strongly as some other points he made. Bush was in typical form. He gave a strong debate, was on message and stumbled a bit when he either moved off his mantras a bit or ran out of material on a particular topic. Posted by MC @ 9/30/2004.

My continuing blog page for an attorney who isn't sure what to do within the law. Wednesday, April 30, 2003. Oh, and I took the test and it was not easy. The prof said we would need to know the important case names, but since when is Arizona v. Edwards important enough to be on 3 questions out of 75? Posted by Brad at 11:27 AM. What is her deal. That seems oxymoronic, but it just may be moronic on my part. Everyone is bitter. Xander is bitter. Who wouldn't be after losing an eye? Posted by Brad at 8:08 AM.

My continuing blog page for an attorney who isn't sure what to do within the law. Wednesday, February 26, 2003. Happy days are here again. So I was in class this morining complaining how bored I was and not paying attention when a stroke of good luck happened. The teacher announced we could either do a 10 page paper or take the test. I am doing the paper since I haven't been paying attention at all. Lucky me. Except that I need to find a topic, research it, and then write a paper. First things first....

My continuing blog page for an attorney who isn't sure what to do within the law. Wednesday, February 12, 2003. I love volleyball. I truely do. I played tonight, but hated it. You want to know why? Because we didn't even play competitively. One of the players. Could really use some improvement. I think we would have been better off if he would have stood in the corner the entire time. He was that bad. I am competitive. I am not fond of losing, but I HATE. Posted by Brad at 10:20 PM. Via Ms. Fenster.
